Cushcoffee.com - Honduras bourbon
Did just prepare a press pot of this coffee. Wow, chocolatey notes with a lingering acidity. This I like, a lot! My recipe for this is: 21-22g of beans 300g of boiling hot water Let it steep for 4 mins Serve and enjoy!

Var på da Matteo idag för deras 15 års jubileum. Fick testa en cappis på gammalt och nytt sätt. Den gamla stilen visade en tydlig distinktion mellan espresso och den skummade mjölken. Det är som att få 2 byggstenar med olika var sin smaker, inte speciellt imponerande. Fick även en eftersmak av fimpad cigarett. Den nya stilen man bryggde cappisen på var mycket behagligt och ingredienserna...

Update on Uganda Bugisu trial post via aTumblr
Tried the Uganda #coffee tonight using the same brewstyle as last time, but I added some cold milk. Now the flavour profile changed a bit, and I could find some liquorice, a bit sweetness and a hint of saltyness. I’m going to try to brew another presspot of the last beans and add warm milk.
